Sobre a vaga

Estamos em busca de um(a) Gerente Financeiro com perfil analítico, sólida experiência em estruturação de processos, gestão financeira e controladoria, para liderar a transformação financeira de uma empresa estabelecida e em rápido crescimento. Você será responsável por elevar a maturidade e profissionalismo da área, impulsionando a estratégia de crescimento agressivo e ambiciosa. O(a) profissional terá papel estratégico na tomada de decisões, garantindo a saúde financeira e a eficiência dos processos da empresa.

Principais responsabilidades


• Liderar e atuar diretamente na implantação e manutenção do sistema Winthor, otimizando processos e garantindo uma migração eficiente, continuidade operacional e correta utilização da plataforma;


• Estruturar área financeira de alto desempenho, desenvolvendo pessoas e implementando processos, controles e governança de nível empresarial;


• Gerenciar rotinas financeiras (contas a pagar e receber, conciliações bancárias, fluxo de caixa e fechamento mensal);


• Elaborar e analisar demonstrativos financeiros (DRE, balanço patrimonial, relatórios gerenciais);


• Estruturar e acompanhar indicadores financeiros e orçamentários;


• Atuar como parceiro estratégico do CEO, liderando a interface com stakeholders críticos e apoiando na definição de estratégias e no planejamento financeiro da empresa.

Requisitos


• Formação superior em Administração, Contabilidade, Economia ou áreas correlatas;


• Experiência comprovada em gestão financeira e controladoria;


• Experiência com migração de sistemas e estruturação de processos;


• Experiência com gestão de tesouraria, modelagem financeira e análise de business cases;


• Excel avançado e alta capacidade analítica;


• Conhecimento em planejamento e legislação fiscal e tributária;


• Conhecimento em gestão de riscos e compliance.
