MyZelo is an AI-first B2C SaaS platform redefining personal productivity for the Brazilian market. We are transforming WhatsApp into a frictionless "Super App" for personal management, leveraging Generative AI and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.

Our mission is to eliminate cognitive overload by offering a seamless, app-less experience where users can manage Health, Finances, and Schedules simply by sending voice notes. Backed by a robust serverless infrastructure and led by founders with deep technical expertise, MyZelo is poised to become the definitive personal assistant for millions of WhatsApp-heavy users. We are at the exciting intersection of product discovery and rapid scaling.

Role Description

The Head of Product Development will be the strategic bridge between our advanced AI capabilities and user value. You will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization of new conversational flows to the launch of premium features.

Key Responsibilities:


• Lead the product roadmap, prioritizing features that drive user retention and monetization (freemium to premium conversion).


• Conduct market research to identify high-value use cases in HealthTech and FinTech integration.


• Collaborate directly with the CTO to translate complex GenAI capabilities into simple, intuitive WhatsApp interactions.


• Identify opportunities for innovation, specifically in proactive AI behaviors (e.g., automated health nudges, financial insights).


• Collaborate with sales and marketing strategies to ensure product alignment with business growth goals.

This is a full-time, remote role, requiring hands-on leadership, strategic decision-making, and a passion for AI-driven UX.

Qualifications


•
Product Leadership:
Proven experience leading product lifecycles in SaaS, Fintech, or Healthtech startups.

AI/UX Sensibility:
Understanding of conversational interfaces (Chatbots/WhatsApp) and how to design "invisible" apps.


•
Market Research:
Strong analytical skills to validate hypotheses and discover user pains.


•
Strategic Thinking:
Ability to balance technical constraints with ambitious business goals.


•
Team Management:
Experience leading or collaborating with agile development teams.


•
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written skills to articulate vision to stakeholders and technical teams.


•
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science; MBA or advanced degrees are a plus.


•
Bonus:
Familiarity with GenAI tools, LLMs, and the Brazilian startup ecosystem.
