Where You'll Make a Difference
- Execute short-term supply/demand balancing for designated warehouses, aligned with long-term planning.
- Monitor open orders, production, quality, and raw material issues that impact the production plan, ensuring proactive changes for supply reliability.
- Manage order confirmations according to business guidance and ensure timely shipments.
- Lead collaboration with customer service, manufacturing, logistics, transportation, third-party providers, and commercial teams to meet business obligations.
- Support strategic planning, inventory management, and execution across supply chains involving external production partners.
- Track and resolve inventory issues such as slow-moving or obsolete products.
- Proactively communicate with internal teams regarding product availability and service level impacts.
- Facilitate regular scheduling meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment with the operational plan.
- Create and monitor performance metrics related to schedule execution.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
- Monitor key KPIs such as obsolete inventory, stock levels, and delivery performance.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Science, or Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- 2–3 years of experience in Supply Chain or Operations.
- Solid knowledge of supply planning theory and inventory management.
- Strong communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written); Spanish is desirable.
- Continuous improvement mindset.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with SAP/APO/BW is strongly preferred.
- APICS CPIM certification (or equivalent) is a plus.
