Missão do cargo - Assegurar a implantação e sustentação do software em cliente, visando garantir a satisfação do cliente nos projetos internos da TOTVS e o sucesso do projeto em que está alocado

Responsabilidades e atribuições

O QUE VOCÊ VAI FAZER:

  • Realizar atividades de alta complexidade em quaisquer etapas da prestação do serviço e/ou implementação de projetos, bem como na arquitetura de soluções;
  • Implantar e sustentar softwares em clientes, com baixo nível de orientação e supervisão, atuando conforme a Metodologia de Implantação TOTVS e os processos estabelecidos pela área;
  • Solucionar questões relacionadas à implantação e sustentação da operação, promovendo discussões de escopo, identificação de novas customizações e levantamento de requisitos;
  • Conduzir tecnicamente os projetos e/ou as frentes que atua, garantindo a viabilidade técnica da solução e identificando os riscos durante a execução do serviço;
  • Orientar estagiários, técnicos e analistas de menor senioridade, esclarecendo dúvidas, disseminando conhecimento técnico e/ou de negócio, indicando documentação de apoio e, se necessário, conduzindo treinamentos;
  • Analisar, identificar e/ou antecipar ocorrências em projetos, acionando e direcionando ações à liderança do projeto/área;
  • Identificar, sugerir e implementar melhoria e/ou inovação de processo da área, com base em seu conhecimento técnico e de negócio, comunicando formalmente às áreas responsáveis;
  • Orientar a frente de testes isolados e integrados nos projetos em que atua, por meio de metodologia de roteiro de testes;
  • Dominar os módulos relacionados à sua área de atuação/produto, suas principais funcionalidades e regras do negócio, a fim de apresentar as melhores soluções de produto frente ao cliente;
  • Apoiar os coordenadores de projetos na construção dos cronogramas e status dos projetos em que estão atuando

Requisitos e qualificações

O QUE ESPERAMOS DE VOCÊ:

  • Graduação Completa;
  • Pacote Office – Excel;
  • Pacote Office - Power Point;
  • Lógica de Programação – desejável;
  • Estrutura de Dados e/ou Banco de Dados – desejável;
  • Microsoft Project – básico.
  • Vivência com implantação do ERP Winthor;
  • Disponibilidade para viagens.
