Position Overview

As an online English teacher at MISPLICA Online School, you will deliver high-quality, personalized English lessons to adults and elders, in a one-on-one class, using our unique methodology that ensures students start speaking English from their very first lesson.

Besides teaching, you will also be a mentor, providing pedagogical guidance according to each student's goals, including feedback and suggestions for study strategies.

You will also have the opportunity to create and improve your own lessons guided by MISPLICA's methodology.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, personalized English lessons to adults and elders.
• Conduct online one-on-one classes using MISPLICA's unique methodology.
• Ensure that students start speaking English from their very first lesson.
• Provide constructive feedback in all classes aimed at student growth.
• Correct students' homework and develop study strategies throughout the year.
• Focus on the overall development of each student.
• Create and improve your own lessons in alignment with MISPLICA's methodology.
• Share developed lessons with fellow teachers at the school.

…is passionate about delivering dynamic classes beyond traditional textbook learning, embraces interactive teaching methods, encourages active student participation, and is dedicated to continuous personal and professional development in English education.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in education, English, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of teaching English to non-native speakers, preferably online.
• English Level: C1 – C2 (Required).
• PJ/MEI: Having an active MEI company or being willing to open one.

Desirable:

• TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification.
• Experience living, studying or working abroad in an English-speaking country.

Technical Requirements:

• A reliable computer with a high-quality webcam and microphone.
• Processors - Intel Core i5 or up.
• High-speed internet connection (minimum 300 Mbps download speed).
• Noise-canceling headsets and HD web camera.
