OSINT Investigator – Remote (LATAM)

Compensation: Up to $800/month
Location: Remote (Latin America)

At Ruvixx, we partner with leading software vendors to run global license compliance and anti-piracy campaigns. We're looking for an OSINT Investigator to join our LATAM-based remote team. This role is ideal for someone with strong English communication skills, an investigative mindset, and experience working with data and research tools.

What You'll Do:

• Analyze telemetry data (IP addresses, usage patterns, phone-home logs) to detect potential license violations

• Conduct OSINT-based research to verify company legitimacy and gather stakeholder contacts

• Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate case information

• Support compliance and piracy investigations by compiling findings and generating reports

• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to move cases from notification to resolution

• Contribute to ongoing improvements in process efficiency and data quality

What We're Looking For:

• 1+ year of experience in compliance, research, investigations, or data analysis

• Solid understanding of or interest in OSINT (TECHINT, SOCMINT, FININT)

• Fluit English (B1+); strong written and verbal communication skills

• Familiarity with SQL, CRMs, databases, Excel or Google Sheets

• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and time management

• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment

Nice to Have:

• Experience in license compliance, anti-piracy, or cybersecurity

• Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills

• Customer support or engagement experience (email, chat, video)
