Estamos em busca de um(a)
Product Manager
para liderar a evolução de um dos nossos produtos estratégicos. Você será responsável por identificar problemas reais, desenhar hipóteses, priorizar soluções e acompanhar a entrega junto ao time multidisciplinar (Design, Tech, Data, Marketing e CS).

Responsabilidades

  • Construir e evoluir a visão, estratégia e roadmap do produto.
  • Identificar dores e oportunidades a partir de dados quantitativos (analytics, métricas de negócio) e qualitativos (pesquisa, entrevistas, feedback de clientes)
  • Garantir alinhamento entre áreas de negócio, tecnologia e design.
  • Priorizar backlog de forma clara, equilibrando impacto, esforço e alinhamento estratégico.
  • Definir e acompanhar métricas de sucesso (OKRs, North Star, leading/lagging).
  • Facilitar discovery e experimentos (MVPs, testes A/B, prototipagem).
  • Acompanhar a execução e garantir entregas de valor contínuo.
  • Comunicar resultados e aprendizados de forma transparente para stakeholders.

Requisitos

  • Experiência prévia como Product Manager
  • Vivência em ambientes ágeis (Scrum, Kanban ou similares).
  • Capacidade analítica: uso de métricas, SQL, ferramentas de analytics (Mixpanel, GA, Amplitude ou similares).
  • Experiência em product discovery e validação de hipóteses.
  • Boa comunicação, escrita e verbal, para interagir com stakeholders técnicos e de negócio.
  • Fluência em ferramentas de colaboração (Jira, Figma, Notion, Miro, etc.).

Diferenciais

  • Experiência em SaaS e/ou PLG (Product-Led Growth).
  • Atuação prévia em mercados como Foodtech, Edtech, Fintech ou ERP.
  • Conhecimento em Growth loops, monetização e pricing.
  • Inglês avançado.
