The Finance Controller will be responsible for overseeing and managing the financial and business operations of the Services Business across all Latin American geographies. This role serves as a strategic partner to the Business Leaders, Sales, Finance, and Operations teams, providing financial insights, analysis, and guidance to support day-to-day operations and long-term business objectives. The Controller will also act as a liaison between HQ and regional finance teams, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and driving the achievement of financial and business targets.

Key Responsibilities
Business Financial Management

  • Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes for the Latin America Services Business.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying risks and opportunities to support strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial results in accordance with corporate standards.

Stakeholder Support

  • Partner with Business Leaders, Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to provide actionable financial insights.
  • Support business leaders with data-driven analysis to optimize operational efficiency and profitability.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure financial alignment across departments.

Process Policy Governance

  • Provide guidance to HQ and regional finance teams on financial processes, controls, and compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to corporate policies and regulatory requirements across all geographies.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.

Performance Management

  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
  • Lead initiatives to achieve financial targets and operational goals.
  • Support strategic projects and transformation initiatives with financial expertise.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in financial management, preferably in a multinational services organization.
  • Strong understanding of Latin American business environments and financial regulations.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish or Portuguese (preferred).
