E cada TikTok, uma chance de virar conversa nacional.Agora, procuramos um(a) Social Media com DNA 100% digital, foco total em vídeos curtos e domínio real de cultura de internet.Alguém que não só cria: grava, edita, roteiriza, posta, acompanha tendências, testa formatos e puxa performance.O que você vai fazerCriar, gravar e editar vídeos curtos (TikTok & Reels) diariamente.Construir e manter a presença da marca nas redes sociais.Criar roteiros simples e rápidos para creators, founders e para a própria conta da marca.Encontrar tendências e transformá-las em oportunidades de conteúdo.Participar de sessões de gravação, brainstorms e campanhas.Ajudar a pensar na estratégia de conteúdo, frequência, formatos e narrativa da marca.Acompanhar resultados, testar ganchos, testar formatos, otimizar.Organizar calendário editorial e garantir consistência na produção.RequisitosSer extremamente conectado(a) com cultura TikTok e Reels.Saber gravar, ter boa noção de enquadramento e ritmo .Edição rápida (CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci ou similar).Capacidade de transformar ideias soltas em vídeos prontos.Escrita leve, jovem e nativa da internet.Criatividade + execução rápida (feito > perfeito).Vontade de aprender e crescer muito rápido.Perfil Gen Z ou total afinidade com a linguagem da geração.DiferenciaisJá ter criado conteúdo para marcas.Noção de storytelling e hooks.Experiência anterior com TikTok Shop / conteúdo comercial.Portfólio com vídeos gravados por você.
