We are looking for a skilled Virtual Assistant who is proficient in Open Dental software and billing. The ideal candidate must have virtual experience working in a dental office environment.

Payrate: $7 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and update patient records using Open Dental software.
Handle billing inquiries and process payments accurately.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
Provide exceptional customer service to patients via phone and email.
Assist with administrative tasks and ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Open Dental software and dental billing.
Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a dental office.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
