Overview
We are looking for a Data Analyst Pleno to support the design, implementation, and maintenance of data-driven solutions that meet business needs. This professional will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver high-quality data insights.
Key responsabilities
- Execute tasks supporting the review of business, functional, and technical requirements.
- Assist in translating business needs into detailed technical design documents.
- Perform hands-on data analysis and support data management initiatives.
- Implement and support data-driven solutions aligned with business goals.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality data insights through accurate configuration and system implementation.
- Configure and enhance data reporting and analytics solutions.
- Focus on data lineage mapping, data quality assurance, and data validation activities.
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture blueprints and adhere to internal standards and policies.
- Leverage tools and methodologies to support data governance practices.
Requirements
Mandatory
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (completed);
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken);
- Experience with master data, data quality, and data governance;
- Advanced Excel skills
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Good presentation and communication skills;
- Ability to understand the relationship and criticality of data for functional and system requirements;
- Demonstrated knowledge of analysis-level tools, such as activity diagrams, use cases, and tools for data mapping and documentation.
Additional information
- Location: São José dos Campos/SP (GBS)
- Hybrid On-Site Work Environment: This position requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site for three (3)days per work week (with core collaboration days of Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)
- Schedule: 8:00 AM to 17:00 PM
