Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Typescript / React Developer to join our team full-time to help ship version two of StakePad, our institutional staking dashboard, and contribute to other high-impact Web3 infrastructure projects in the pipeline. You'll work closely with a small, fast-moving team at the intersection of crypto staking, product design, and backend infrastructure.
This is a remote position, but we strongly prefer candidates based in US Central or South American time zones. If you're reading this closely, mention "Leadville 100" somewhere in your cover letter— you will also likely be entered for 2026. Clear, proactive communication is essential—this isn't just about writing code, it's about building something great together.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain scalable, reusable React components for StakePad and future applications.
Implement frontend logic and connect to backend APIs built in
Design and maintain data models using TypeORM.
Ensure a clean, consistent UI using Tailwind CSS.
Optimize performance for a responsive, high-quality user experience.
Work cross-functionally to scope, diagram, and document technical solutions.
Participate in reviews, testing, and iterative product development.
Communicate clearly and regularly across distributed teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong proficiency in Typescript and React.
Solid experience with for backend development.
Hands-on experience with TypeORM and relational data models.
Fluent in Tailwind CSS and modern UI design systems.
Familiarity with state management patterns (e.g., React Context, Zustand).
Proven ability to diagram and document technical systems, user flows, and architectures.
Working knowledge of blockchain wallets and staking, particularly on Ethereum or Solana.
General understanding of crypto staking mechanics is required.
Solid grasp of RESTful APIs and integration best practices.
Experience with Git in a collaborative, team-based setting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
Work on StakePad, a growing institutional staking product trusted by top validators.
Help shape future Web3 infrastructure products from the ground up.
