WHAT YOU'LL DO

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Treasury Analyst to join our Treasury team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting treasury functions, with a focus on cash management, cash forecasting, and FX exposure mitigation. This role is essential in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial operations and compliance with regulatory requirements, including:

• Support daily cash management activities, including cash positioning, forecasting, and reporting
• Assist in the preparation and processing of wire transfers, ACH payments, and other cash disbursements
• Help manage inter-company funding and settlement processes
• Assist in maintaining relationships with banking partners and optimizing banking services
• Support overall bank portal and TMS maintenance, along with associated controls
• Support the maintenance and expansion of the FX risk management program
• Support ad-hoc analytical reporting requests for various treasury projects and initiatives
• Maintain, update, and monitor SOX compliance, including process narratives, flowcharts, and control matrices
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to treasury operations
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all treasury transactions and activities

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1+ years of experience in treasury, finance, or accounting roles
• Basic understanding of SOX compliance and internal controls
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong written and verbal English language skills are essential

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with treasury management systems and bank portals.
• Knowledge of cash management and banking practices.
• Experience with FX markets and managing FX risk
