Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a VCP Import-Export Analyst located in Campinas, SP. The Analyst will be responsible for trade compliance, analyzing import-export operations, managing exports, imports, and ensuring efficient supply chain operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in Brazilian customs regulations and procedures specially IN1737/2017, IN2146/2023.
- Proficiency in using logistics B2C and tracking software.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to navigate the Brazilian business environment effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in import-export logistics or courier services, with a specific focus on the Brazilian market, is preferred
- English language
- e-Commerce PRC experience
This role is essential in ensuring the smooth and compliant movement of goods through Brazilian customs and across borders, contributing to the success of international trade operations involving Brazil. The Import-Export Courier Shipments Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the courier shipments process in a manner that aligns with Brazilian customs requirements and maintains high levels of customer satisfaction.
