Position Overview

We're looking for a Full-Stack Developer to help build robust, high-performance web applications for rapidly growing enterprises. The main technology is Rails 7/8 with Hotwire for modern interactivity, leveraging background job processing and streamlined deployments.

You'll own key parts of the application stack. If you're a Rails expert who enjoys working with modern tools and building clean, performant applications while maintaining excellent documentation, this is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain applications using Rails 7/8 and Hotwire

Develop interactive frontend experiences with Stimulus controllers

Integrate external APIs and third-party services

Implement background job processing with Sidekiq

Help evaluate and integrate comprehensive documentation

Optimize performance, SEO, and accessibility across all pages

Collaborate with designers, marketers, and product stakeholders

Deploy, test, and maintain applications using modern deployment tools

Tech Stack

Rails 7/8 (Ruby on Rails with modern conventions)

Hotwire (Turbo + Stimulus for reactive frontend)

Sidekiq (Background job processing)

RSpec/Minitest

Familiarity with other Frontend technologies (React, Vue)

Nice to have: Kamal (Modern deployment and orchestration)

Tools: Git, Figma (for design handoff)
