Estamos em busca de um(a) desenvolvedor(a) Python especializado(a) em Inteligência Artificial, no desenvolvimento de soluções baseadas em IA generativa e arquitetura RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation). Atua desde a concepção até a implantação de pipelines inteligentes que integram modelos de linguagem de grande porte (LLMs) a mecanismos de recuperação semântica, fornecendo respostas contextuais, precisas e escaláveis.

Possuir forte expertise em engenharia de prompt, criação de agentes inteligentes e aplicação de técnicas avançadas de avaliação de LLMs, incluindo abordagens LLM-as-a-Judge, métricas de qualidade automatizadas e validação humana assistida por IA. Além disso, conta com experiência em customização de LLMs para domínios específicos, orquestração de ferramentas e integração de múltiplas fontes de dados.

O que você fará:

  • Criar agentes de IA e assistentes virtuais em Python.
  • Implementar pipelines RAG híbridos (recuperação + geração).
  • Integrar soluções a APIs REST/GraphQL e bancos de dados (SQL/NoSQL).
  • Trabalhar com dados vetoriais e embeddings (Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, Milvus, FAISS, SQL/NoSQL).
  • Usar LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack para integração de dados.
  • Orquestrar processos com N8n e workflows inteligentes.
  • Desenvolver e expor APIs e microserviços (FastAPI, Flask, Django).
  • Colaborar com times de produto e inovação para soluções disruptivas.

Requisitos:

  • Formação ensino superior mínimo 6 anos.
  • Experiência sólida em Python.
  • Conhecimento em LLMs (GPT, LLaMA, Mistral, Claude, etc.).
  • Experiência em engenharia de prompt e criação de agentes inteligentes.
  • Familiaridade com Docker, Git e práticas de MLOps.
  • Vivência em avaliação de LLMs (LLM-as-a-Judge, métricas automatizadas, validação híbrida).
  • Experiência em customização de LLMs para domínios específicos.
  • Conhecimento em frameworks e ferramentas modernas de IA: LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith, Flowise, LangFlow, Chainlit, Streamlit.
  • Familiaridade com SDKs de aceleração de IA: NVIDIA SDK para LLMs e processamento multimodal.

Diferenciais:

  • Projetos anteriores com RAG, LLMs e chatbots multimodais (WhatsApp, web, voz).
  • Conhecimento em cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Experiência em self-reflection loops, prompt chaining e otimização de respostas.
  • Interesse em inovação aplicada à indústria, saúde ou educação.
