Product Manager

The Role

We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to drive the development and growth of our payment infrastructure products. You'll work at the intersection of traditional finance and blockchain technology, shaping products that process billions in transaction volume. While we prefer candidates who can work from our office for better collaboration, we also offer remote work flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for our payment infrastructure solutions

• Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver world-class products

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities

• Gather and prioritize product requirements from customers and stakeholders

• Define clear product specifications and user stories

• Monitor product metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement

• Manage product lifecycle from conception through launch and iteration

• Work directly with enterprise customers to understand their needs and pain points

• Coordinate with compliance and legal teams to ensure regulatory requirements are met

• Provide technical support to customers, understand their requirements and feedback, and deliver effective solutions

Required Skills

• Experience with B2B enterprise products

• Experience with payment systems, fintech, or financial services

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Data-driven decision making

• Experience with agile methodologies

• Basic English proficiency

• Experience with embedded finance or Banking-as-a-Service

• Real-time payment infrastructure experience

Nice-to-Have Skills

Technical Skills

• SQL proficiency for independent data analysis and validation

• Python programming (Pandas, NumPy) for automation and analysis

• API design knowledge and technical architecture understanding

• Experience with blockchain technologies and smart contracts

• Understanding of cryptography basics and payment security

• Knowledge of distributed systems and microservices architecture

Soft Skills & Experience

• Enterprise sales cycle understanding (6-18 month cycles)

• Experience managing relationships with financial institutions

• International and cross-cultural experience

• Matrix organization leadership without formal authority

• Technical communication abilities with engineering teams

• Experience with proof-of-concept and RFP processes

• Intermediate English proficiency
