As a Senior SharePoint Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining SharePoint-based solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver custom SharePoint applications, integrations, and workflows that meet the business requirements. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SharePoint Online and

On-Premises, as well as a strong background in full-stack development. Key Responsibilities: -

• Development & Customization:o Design, develop, and maintain custom SharePoint solutions using SharePoint Online, SharePoint

On-Premises, and SharePoint Framework (SPFx). o Build custom web parts, workflows, and apps, ensuring high performance and security.o Customize SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and other elements to meet business requirements.

• System Integration:o Integrate SharePoint with other enterprise systems, third-party applications, and external services.o Develop and manage RESTful APIs, Power Automate flows, and Logic Apps to automate workflows.
• Collaboration & Troubleshooting:o Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, propose solutions, and implement new features.o Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing SharePoint applications, workflows, and integrations.o Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and other team members.
• Best Practices & Governance:o Enforce best practices for SharePoint development, including security, coding standards, and version control.o Implement SharePoint governance policies to ensure compliance, security, and proper use of the platform.o Monitor SharePoint system performance and recommend improvements for scalability and efficiency.
• Documentation & Support:o Document development processes, procedures, and technical specifications.o Provide technical support and resolve issues as needed for SharePoint users across the organization.o Conduct training sessions for end-users and technical teams on SharePoint features and best practices.

Skills & Qualificationso bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.o 5 years of hands-on experience with SharePoint development, including SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2016/2019 (On-Prem), and SharePoint Framework (SPFx). o Strong proficiency in front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end development (C#, PowerShell, .NET). o Experience with SharePoint Designer, Power Automate, Power Apps, and the SharePoint REST API.o Deep understanding of SharePoint architecture, security, and governance.o Knowledge of cloud technologies (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure) and enterprise application integrations.o Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
