What are we looking for?

Main assignments:

Responsibilities

Act in the design, configuration, and validation of SAP MM processes (purchasing, contracts, requisitions, inventory management, and MRP).

Participate in the definition and follow-up of integrations with other SAP modules and external systems (APIs, EDI, IDocs). Gather requirements and translate business demands into functional specifications, supporting the technical team. Support integrated testing (SIT and UAT), ensuring processes adhere to the global design.

Act collaboratively with international stakeholders.

Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and support/training materials.

Requirements

Proven experience with SAP MM (configuration, purchasing processes, and inventory management).

Experience in support environments using ITSM tools, following best practices for incident management.

Experience with IDocs and integrations via PI/PO.

Background in support, improvements, and small projects. Ability to work in multicultural environments.

Advanced or fluent English (mandatory).

Differentials

Knowledge or experience with SAP Ariba. ABAP knowledge for functional debugging. Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, including Fiori Apps. Previous experience in global projects.
