We are seeking a visionary and accomplished
Vice President (VP)
to drive organizational growth and execute the company's strategic vision.

본 직무는 CEO 및 임원진과 협력하여 경영 목표를 수립하고, 전사적인 운영 효율성과 성과를 극대화하는 역할을 담당합니다.

This position works closely with the CEO and executive team to define business objectives, optimize operations, and maximize company performance.

주요 업무 / Key Responsibilities

• 회사의 중장기 전략 수립 및 실행 주도
• Develop and implement mid- to long-term corporate strategies.
• 주요 사업 부문 운영 및 성과 관리
• Oversee and manage performance across key business divisions.
• 재무, 인사, 영업 등 경영 전반에 대한 통합 관리
• Provide integrated management across finance, HR, and business operations.
• 신규 사업 기획 및 파트너십 전략 수립
• Lead new business planning and strategic partnerships.
• 조직문화 강화 및 리더십 개발 추진
• Foster a strong organizational culture and leadership development.
• 주요 경영 의사결정 및 리스크 관리 참여
• Participate in major decision-making and corporate risk management.
• CEO 및 이사회(Board of Directors)에 주요 경영 현황 보고
• Report major operational and financial updates to the CEO and Board of Directors.

자격 요건 / Qualifications

• 경영학, 경제학, 공학 또는 관련 분야의 학사 이상 학위
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 최소 10년 이상의 고위 경영직 또는 임원급 리더십 경험
• Minimum 10 years of senior leadership or executive-level management experience.
• 전략적 사고, 조직관리, 문제 해결 능력 우수자
• Strong strategic thinking, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• 대규모 조직 또는 다국적 환경에서의 경영 경험
• Proven leadership experience in large or multinational organizations.
• 탁월한 커뮤니케이션 및 대외 협상 능력
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• 영어 및 한국어 능통자 (국제 비즈니스 경험 우대)
• Fluency in both English and Korean (international business experience preferred).

우대 사항 / Preferred Qualifications

• 글로벌 비즈니스 개발, 투자, 또는 M&A 관련 경험자
• Experience in global business development, investment, or M&A.
• 스타트업 또는 혁신 조직에서의 성장 전략 수립 경험자
• Background in scaling startups or leading innovation-driven organizations.
• 특정 산업 전문성 (예: 제조, IT, 금융, 바이오, 에너지 등) 보유자
• Expertise in specific industries such as manufacturing, IT, finance, biotech, or energy.
• 변화 관리 및 조직 혁신 프로젝트 수행 경험자
• Proven experience in change management and organizational transformation.
