Job Information

  • Students: 2 children, ages 9 and 14

  • Location: São Paulo, SP, Brazil - (Vila Nova Conceicao)

  • Preferred start date: ASAP

  • Lesson format: Face-to-face, in-person

Details

  • Availability: Tuesday 5:00 or 6:00 pm, Wednesday 5:00 or 6:00 pm, Thursday 6:00 pm, Saturday or Sunday mornings

  • Lesson Frequency: 3 times per week

  • Lesson Duration: 1 hour each

  • Current level: Beginner

  • Native/other languages: French, English, Arabic

  • Goals:

    • Build vocabulary for day-to-day conversations

    • Improve listening and speaking skills

    • Develop fluency for daily interactions

Responsibilities

  • Create engaging, age-appropriate lessons for both children

  • Focus on real-life communication and conversational practice

  • Encourage confidence and active participation

  • Adapt lessons to different ages and learning needs

  • Incorporate fun and interactive activities to keep students motivated

Qualifications

  • Native or near-native proficiency in Portuguese

  • Certificate or degree in language teaching, education, linguistics, or related field

  • Experience teaching children and teens

  • Ability to adapt lessons to different proficiency levels and learning styles
