That's the job – Your main tasks:

  • Serve as a subject-matter expert for Veeva Vault CRM, leading implementations and configuration activities in Life Sciences projects.

  • Advise and support clients on best practices, compliance, and regulatory requirements when designing Veeva Vault CRM solutions.

  • Lead workshops, gather and analyse business requirements, and translate them into scalable Vault CRM architectures.

  • Oversee system integration and migration activities, ensuring data integrity, quality, and adherence to project timelines.

  • Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption of Veeva Vault CRM solutions.

This job is for you, if:

  • You have hands-on experience with Veeva Vault CRM and ideally hold relevant Veeva certifications.

  • You are passionate about driving digital transformation in the pharmaceutical or broader life sciences industry.

  • You enjoy working in a dynamic, project-based environment and feel confident collaborating with diverse stakeholders.

  • You communicate effectively in both German and English (spoken and written) and can explain complex topics clearly and concisely.

  • You work proactively, think in solutions, and are motivated to continuously grow your expertise in Veeva Vault CRM.

As the icing on the cake, you bring along

  • Experience with GxP, regulatory compliance, and document or content management processes in Life Sciences environments.

  • A background in consulting, project management, or business analysis within the Life Sciences industry, ideally involving Veeva solutions.
