Cluster &Hotel General Manager

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Hotel General Manager.
  • Proven track record in operational excellence and P&L management.
  • Strong multitasking, time management, and analytical skills.
  • Fluency in English and the local language.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams.
  • Ability to create a culture of learning and development within the team.
  • A hands-on leader who enjoys getting into the details while also thinking strategically.
