Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and inspire a team of Cloud Solution Engineers working on key strategic accounts.
- Collaborate with sales and architecture leadership to define account strategies and cloud adoption roadmaps.
- Identify and address customers' business and technical challenges with OCI, databases, security, AI, and application modernization.
- Drive technical excellence in presentations, workshops, proof of concepts, and solution architecture.
- Act as a bridge between field teams and product development, influencing roadmap priorities based on customer needs.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within your team.
- Represent Oracle in industry events, executive briefings, and community forums.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in technical presales, solution architecture, or software engineering roles.
- Experience in a leadership or management position within technical or cloud-focused teams.
- Deep knowledge of public cloud platforms (OCI, AWS, Azure, or GCP), containers/Kubernetes, CI/CD, DevOps, and security best practices.
- Familiarity with modern data platforms, AI/ML solutions, or infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluent English and Spanish required.
