Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Software Test Engineer. The role is based in Curitiba, PR, with the flexibility to work remotely on certain days. The Software Test Engineer will be responsible for designing, executing, and maintaining software tests. Responsibilities include creating, running, and analyzing test cases, identifying software issues, collaborating with developers, and ensuring the quality and reliability of software products through rigorous testing methods.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Test Execution and designing clear, concise, and comprehensive Test Cases
- Strong expertise in Software Testing and knowledge of diverse testing methodologies
- Understanding of Software Development processes and the ability to collaborate effectively with development teams
- Problem-solving skills and ability to identify and resolve software issues effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Experience in automated testing and relevant tools is a plus
- Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies is advantageous
