Sales Development Representative (Remote)

Compensation: $45,000 – $65,000 per year + performance bonuses

Job Type: Full-time, Contract

Location: Work from Home

Are you a driven, goal-oriented professional with a passion for sales? We're looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team If you excel at building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and driving revenue growth, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct market research to identify new prospects and business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to exceed targets.
  • Engage with new and existing customers , fostering strong, long-term relationships.
  • Make warm calls, follow-ups, and outreach to convert leads into sales.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service , addressing questions and resolving concerns promptly.
  • Use CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) to manage pipelines and track performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and achieve company goals.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management.
  • Knowledge of market trends and competitive analysis.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills .
  • Hands-on experience with inside sales, warm calling, and telemarketing strategies.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
