Sales Development Representative (Remote)Compensation: $45,000 – $65,000 per year + performance bonuses
Job Type: Full-time, Contract
Location: Work from Home
Are you a driven, goal-oriented professional with a passion for sales? We're looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team If you excel at building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and driving revenue growth, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
- Conduct market research to identify new prospects and business opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to exceed targets.
- Engage with new and existing customers , fostering strong, long-term relationships.
- Make warm calls, follow-ups, and outreach to convert leads into sales.
- Deliver exceptional customer service , addressing questions and resolving concerns promptly.
- Use CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) to manage pipelines and track performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and achieve company goals.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management.
- Knowledge of market trends and competitive analysis.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills .
- Hands-on experience with inside sales, warm calling, and telemarketing strategies.
- Proficiency with CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Self-motivated and results-driven, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
