We're looking for a Software Developer (Automation & Integrations) who's passionate about designing efficient workflows, connecting platforms, and solving real operational challenges through technology.

About the Role

As our Software Developer, you'll design, develop, and maintain automation systems that connect tools, optimize workflows, and deliver real-time insights across teams.
You'll work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure processes are streamlined, scalable, and aligned with business objectives — playing a key role in shaping the infrastructure behind our growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and optimize workflow automations across tools like Airtable, ClickUp, and other productivity platforms
  • Build and maintain custom integrations using Zapier, Make (Integromat), n8n, and other low-code systems
  • Work with APIs and webhooks to develop tailored integrations and troubleshoot complex issues
  • Manage and scale Airtable databases — including custom fields, views, automations, and permission structures
  • Create integrations with Amazon Seller Central and Shopify to improve reporting, inventory tracking, and performance monitoring
  • Develop dashboards and reporting systems that provide actionable business insights
  • Continuously identify and implement process improvements to increase automation efficiency and reliability
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in workflow automation (Zapier, Make, n8n, Airtable, ClickUp, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, authentication methods, and webhook architecture
  • Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms like Amazon Seller Central or Shopify
  • Knowledge of database design and management in low-code or no-code environments
  • Experience designing dashboards and performance-tracking tools
  • Basic programming skills in JavaScript or Python for building or customizing integrations
  • Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail
  • Self-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced, globally distributed team
Nice to Have
  • Experience with serverless platforms (AWS Lambda, Google Cloud Functions)
  • Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
  • Understanding of ETL processes, data pipelines, and advanced database systems
