The Work You'll Do
The Product Owner is responsible for ensuring that market and product requirements are appropriately reflected and implemented in a finished product. Largely an inward-facing role, the product owner is the main liaison between product marketing, product management and the engineering team. The product owner is an expert on the functionality of a specific product; as such, s/he often supports other groups such as sales engineering, implementation, and technical support/customer service.

More Specifically, You Will

• Act as the primary liaison between product management and engineering teams, translating product strategy into actionable requirements
• Lead the product backlog management process, prioritizing features that maximize business value aligned with product roadmap
• Create and maintain product requirements documentation, functional specifications, and user stories
• Oversee product development lifecycle from conception through testing and release
• Coordinate user acceptance testing, alpha/beta programs, and manage bug fixes and product improvements
• Collaborate across multiple departments including UX/Product Design, Regulatory Analysis, Customer Support, Professional Services, and Product Marketing
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders throughout the development process, providing regular updates on progress and changes

What We Need From You

• 4+ years experience in product management, business analysis, or related field, preferably in B2B SaaS
• Strong understanding of the Agile methodology and demonstrated success in the Product Owner role
• Ability to balance analytical thinking with intuitive decision-making, and willingness to make difficult decisions when necessary
• Experience mentoring teams and effectively prioritizing work to maximize business outcomes
• Advanced English communication skills; both written and verbal
• Engage stakeholders effectively, communicating the 'why, how, and when' of product decisions
• Optimize priorities and scope to deliver maximum value
• Comprehend and communicate complex concepts
• Analyze and resolve complex problems while maintaining a strategic perspective
