Your Title: Rate Maintenance Specialist - Freight Audit

What You Will Do

As a Freight Rate Management Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting detailed analysis of transportation costs, setting up freight contracts in the database system, and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of rate maintenance documentation. You will interact with customers to resolve freight rate issues and collaborate closely with other departments on queries related to agreements. This role is suited for individuals with a background in logistics and a strong analytical skill set.

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

• Minimum upper-intermediate level of English and enjoy working in an international environment, are able to adjust your communication style according to the respective culture

• Good knowledge in Spanish is a plus.

• Excellent business correspondence skills with high level of analytical skills

• Proficient MS Office skills (Excel knowledge is on high priority)

• Experience of work in JIRA will be a great plus

• Attention to details and accuracy in completing complex tasks

• Ability to learn fast and work under time pressure

• Proactive approach in problem solving

• Completed higher education
