Sobre a oportunidade

Buscamos um(a) SRE Senior com forte vivência em
operações e confiabilidade de SAP S/4HANA
, responsável por garantir estabilidade, performance e disponibilidade 24x7, liderando incident & problem management e impulsionando automações de monitoramento e health checks em ambientes cloud.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Confiabilidade e disponibilidade:
    Garantir operação contínua dos sistemas SAP S/4HANA e serviços conectados.
  • Monitoramento e performance:
    Implementar e evoluir observabilidade, tuning e gestão de performance.
  • Incident & Problem Management:
    Liderar resposta a incidentes, RCA e planos de correção/prevenção.
  • Automação:
    Criar e manter automações para health checks, alertas e tarefas operacionais.
  • Parceria técnica:
    Atuar em conjunto com times SAP Basis e DevOps, alinhando padrões e boas práticas.
  • Cloud SAP:
    Operar em ambientes de hospedagem SAP em nuvem (AWS/Azure).

Requisitos imprescindíveis (tecnologias)

  • SAP S/4HANA Architecture & Operations:
    Operação e arquitetura de S/4 para alta disponibilidade.
  • Monitoring & Performance Management (SAP):
    Observabilidade e tuning orientados a métricas.
  • System & Platform Management (SAP):
    Gestão de plataformas e sistemas SAP em produção.
  • Incident & Problem Management (SAP):
    Processos, SLIs/SLOs e melhoria contínua.
  • Cloud-based SAP (AWS/Azure):
    Vivência com SAP hospedado em nuvem pública.

Diferenciais

  • Módulos SAP S/4 (MM, PP, SD, QM, EWM):
    Integração funcional x técnico-operacional.
  • SAP Fiori:
    Uso e suporte a apps Fiori em operações.
  • Logística e Produção:
    Entendimento de processos para diagnóstico e performance.
  • Análise de requisitos e otimização:
    Processos e automações orientadas a valor.
  • Comunicação e stakeholder management:
    Influência e colaboração multidisciplinar.
