Responsabilidades e atribuições

  • Mapear, detalhar e priorizar requisitos de negócio em projetos financeiros com alto grau de regulação;
  • Traduzir normas do BACEN (como Open Finance e LGPD) em soluções práticas e aplicáveis;
  • Garantir clareza e rastreabilidade dos requisitos ao longo de toda a jornada - da ideação à entrega;
  • Facilitar o alinhamento entre stakeholders técnicos, regulatórios e de produto, garantindo entendimento mútuo;
  • Contribuir para a definição do desenho funcional e técnico da solução, em parceria com equipes de UX e arquitetura;
  • Participar da entrega do protótipo navegável em Figma, com blueprint da solução, jornadas e fluxos mapeados;
  • Apoiar a criação da arquitetura e modelo técnico de referência;
  • Elaborar uma estratégia de evolução incremental da solução, orientada a negócio;
  • Atuar em frentes relacionadas a onboarding digital, prevenção a fraudes, concessão de crédito e inteligência regulatória;
  • Aplicar visão de produto e pensamento estratégico sobre o impacto da IA na tomada de decisão.

Requisitos e qualificações

  • Experiência como Business Analyst em projetos financeiros ou regulados;
  • Vivência com análise e levantamento de requisitos e documentação funcional;
  • Conhecimento das normas e diretrizes do BACEN, especialmente Open Finance e LGPD;
  • Capacidade de traduzir regras e legislações em soluções técnicas e de negócio;
  • Boa comunicação e habilidade para atuar entre times técnicos e de produto;
  • Experiência com metodologias ágeis (Scrum/Kanban);
  • Familiaridade com ferramentas de prototipagem ou mapeamento de jornada (ex.: Figma, Miro, Jira, Confluence);
  • Desejáveis: Conhecimento sobre IA, tokenização e descentralização aplicadas a serviços financeiros. Experiência em projetos de onboarding digital, antifraude ou concessão de crédito. Vivência com definição de arquitetura de solução ou trabalho próximo a times de arquitetura.
