This position is supporting function to Supply Planning in Brazil.

Key Responsibilities and Activities 

• Do operational activities such as follows up and system updates.
• Assistance in production line sequence.
• Support for MPS processes (definition of production volume) and MRP (materials purchasing).
• Participate in daily meetings with the Logistics and Manufacturing teams, providing visibility for the Core SC areas.
• Monitoring of established Planning BR KPIs.
• Updating reports from SAP.
• Master data focal point for the marketing areas.

Key Relationships 

The stakeholders for this position are all Supply Chain areas in Brazil, Supply Planning Regional (specially in South America) with interaction to provide information for decision making.

Experience Required

• Basic knowledge of Supply Chain areas and S&OP process

Education / Professional Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering or Comex

Knowledge/Skills

Functional:     

• A consultative, problem-solving mindset
• Eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks

Technical:   

• Basic Excel & PowerPoint skills
• Experience in SAP is a plus.

Other:

• Intermediate English.
