Import Analyst

Job Description:

  Monitor all logistics activities in the solar energy sector, ensuring efficiency and compliance with local regulations;   

Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the supply chain, aiming to reduce costs and increase operational efficiency;  

 Oversee the transportation of materials and equipment, ensuring deadlines are met and costs are controlled;   

Prepare and analyze performance indicator reports of logistics operations, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement;  

 Manage import and export processes, ensuring full compliance with customs requirements;   Develop and monitor customs process metrics, implementing corrective actions when necessary;   

Stay updated on local and international regulations, ensuring that operations comply with legislation;   Coordinate international shipments in accordance with logistics planning and track updates through the Nextracker system;   

Ensure the organization, storage, and preservation of materials and equipment under your responsibility, as well as order in the workplace;   

Organize and maintain documentation related to logistics processes;   

Comply with corporate policies, procedures, and standards, as well as implemented management systems;  

 Perform other activities related to your role and work processes.
