What you will do

  • Customer Success analyst

  • Support for GEP tools in Brazil

  • Interaction with technical teams in the USA and India

  • Understanding errors in client environments

  • Level I support

  • Participation in training sessions



What you should bring

Education: Business Administration and related fields

  • Good verbal and written communication skills

  • Teamwork skills

  • Ability to self-learn

  • Advanced Excel

  • Intermediate English

  • Spanish (Differential)

  • Power BI (Preferred/Differential)
