What You'll Do
  • Develop, enhance, and maintain high-performance APIs and backend services using Golang and Java (Quarkus)
  • Build scalable, resilient, and maintainable solutions for cloud-first and distributed environments
  • Contribute to architectural design and enforce engineering best practices (clean code, observability, testing, reliability)
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Architecture, and SRE teams to deliver polished, reliable features
  • Optimize CI/CD pipelines, performance, and service-to-service integrations
  • Ensure the highest levels of security, quality, and performance across all deliverables
What You'll Bring
  • 6+ years of strong experience with Golang
  • Hands-on experience with Java + Quarkus
  • Practical experience with AWS (Lambda, ECS/EKS, S3, RDS, API Gateway, CloudWatch, IAM, etc.)
  • Familiarity with microservices, distributed architecture, and messaging systems (Kafka, SQS)
  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD, Git, and modern deployment/versioning practices
  • Ability to analyze, understand, and solve complex problems calmly and effectively
Nice to Have
  • Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
  • Proficiency or practical knowledge of Python (automation scripts, modules, microservices)
  • Experience working in high-criticality or high-availability environments
  • Knowledge of observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry)
  • A collaborative and communicative approach with eagerness to share knowledge
