Responsibilities:
You are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:

• Operating the Chip Production Panel, controlling the variables according to the established procedures, making the necessary adjustments, guiding the area operators, in order to guarantee operation within the established standards.
• Diagnosing problems inherent in the production process in the areas, identifying possible alternative solutions in order to normalize the production process.
• Recording occurrences in the areas in a clear and objective manner.
• Ensuring compliance with safety procedures in order to prevent accidents and guarantee the physical integrity of employees.
• Working together with area operators to continuously improve processes, facilities and operating procedures.
• Guiding area operators in the correct use of facilities and equipment, assisting in the process of requesting maintenance services, as well as guiding area operators to maintain the cleanliness of equipment and process lines, ensuring safety and operational continuity.
• Preventing, monitoring and mitigating environmental impacts in order to ensure environmental compliance, in accordance with company procedures and guidelines.
• Comply with the internal regulations, the requirements of the integrated management system and the occupational safety standards inherent to the sector, as well as the use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment/Collective Protective Equipment).
• Train operators in area functions and panel functions, in accordance with the training plans.
• Contributing to the drafting and revision of operating procedures, work instructions and process records.
• Carrying out sensitive inspections of equipment, according to defined routes.
• Communicating assertively with Plant Coordination.
• Carrying out low-complexity corrective maintenance, in accordance with the list of activities for autonomous maintenance in the area.
• Responding to internal and external audits of the process, whenever required.
• Taking part in fault analysis and problem-solving meetings, contributing to the proposed methodology.
• Taking part in maintenance programming meetings when required.
• Carry out training for their role whenever called upon.
• Carry out routine operational activities in the area when necessary.
• Changing chipper and shredder components during scheduled shutdowns.
• Carrying out routine communication with the wood supply process and with customers in the chip production process.
• Routine communication with service providers in the chip production process.
• Leading routine meetings and dialogues to analyze the production process, ensuring that data is correctly recorded in accordance with the proposed methodologies.
• Carrying out the activities of their role in accordance with technical standards, quality procedures, cleanliness, organization, work safety and the environment.
• Carry out other activities related to those described above, compatible with their personal condition and as requested by their immediate superior.
