Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies.
  • Plan editorial calendar and platform-specific content.
  • Create and manage content (copy, images, videos).
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions.
  • Manage online community and brand reputation.
  • Track key metrics and prepare performance reports.
  • Optimize paid media campaigns (Social Ads).
  • Collaborate with marketing, agencies, and other internal teams.
  • Stay updated on digital trends and tools.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or related field.
  • Experience in social media management and digital marketing.
  • Knowledge of major platforms and analytics tools.
  • Ability to create and oversee quality content.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Experience with paid media.
  • Ability to work with multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience in team leadership and people management.

Location and work-mode:

  • 100% on-site in Morumbi region (Rochaverá building in front of Shopping Morumbi).
