About the Role

We are seeking a
Techno-Functional Developer/Analyst
with strong expertise in
Workday HCM
to join our team on a contract basis. This role involves a blend of
business analysis, functional design, and Workday configuration
. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation and support of Workday HCM functionalities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to
    gather, analyze, and document business requirements
    .
  • Translate business needs into
    functional design specifications
    .
  • Perform
    data analysis
    to support decision-making and solution design.
  • Act as a
    Workday configuration SME
    , ensuring best practices and compliance.
  • Review and validate
    test cases
    for completeness and accuracy.
  • Support
    UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
    and resolve issues promptly.
  • Create and maintain
    knowledge base documents and response catalogs
    for internal and client use.
  • Ensure compliance with
    company policies and GDPR standards
    during all activities.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience
    in Workday HCM as a techno-functional consultant or analyst.
  • Strong understanding of
    Workday configuration, integrations, and reporting
    .
  • Proven experience in
    business analysis and functional documentation
    .
  • Ability to work in
    nearshore/offshore models
    and collaborate with global teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in
    English
    (Portuguese is a plus).
