Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager located in João Pessoa, PB. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, manage resources, ensure staff performance, and drive organizational goals. This role involves strategic planning, improving operational efficiency, managing budgets, and maintaining client relationships. The General Manager will also ensure compliance with relevant regulations and deliver high-quality accounting services.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in accounting, taxation, and finance management
  • Strong skills in auditing, regulatory compliance, and financial reporting
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, MYOB, and other accounting software
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in an accounting firm or related services is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Portuguese
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
