Founded by a father and daughter team with 70 years of combined financial expertise, we integrate fundamental insights with systematic and technical strategies. Our approach includes comprehensive asset allocation across all classes and direct asset management with a high-conviction investment strategy. We focus on investment performance without the influence of commissions, product incentives, or conflicts of interest, managing capital for a single family while being open to partnering with like-minded families/individuals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a solid understanding of our portfolio and gradually take on responsibility for its operational management: consolidation of results, reconciliations, and preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports, building the capability to perform these tasks independently and with precision.
  • Maintain accurate and timely portfolio data, ensuring consistency across systems and reports.
  • Monitor key KPIs, support decision-making, and contribute to the design of automated routines that improve reporting and controls.
  • Apply modeling and data science skills to enhance technical analysis, portfolio analytics, and risk management.
  • Contribute to the development of investment theses and asset allocation analysis, with exposure to multiple asset classes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve portfolio management processes and strengthen investment strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • 0–2 years of experience working with financial data sets or analytical roles.
  • Strong skills in Excel, with proficiency in modeling and data analysis; experience with Python (or similar programming languages such as R, SQL, or MATLAB) is highly valued.
  • Solid understanding of data handling, automation, and visualization tools is a plus.
  • Fluent English.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Genuine interest in finance, investments, and asset management, demonstrated by curiosity and engagement with market trends.
