  • Responsável pelo processo de reclamação de produtos no sistema Veeva Vault - Complaint Module executando atividade de processamento e submissão de relatos de reclamação, gerenciamento de pedidos de retorno de amostras reclamadas e gerenciamento de documentação proveniente de processo.
  • Acompanhar o e-mail de Reclamações quanto ao recebimento de relatos de parceiros Lilly e garantir seu correto processamento.
  • Realizar o pagamento de terceiros envolvidos no processo de reclamações de produto.
  • Promoção de melhorias no processo de Reclamações através de interações com áreas internas e externas e análise de tendência em reclamações;
  • Back-up da atividade de Responsible Complaint Person (RCP) – Gerenciamento de todo o processo de reclamações, conforme necessário
  • Abertura de controles de alteração e desvios quando requerido;
  • Revisão de documentação de Qualidade;

Pré requisitos:

  • Formação superior completa em Farmácia ou com formação prevista até Dezembro/2026
  • Inglês Avançado
