O Designer Júnior é um profissional 100% operacional, responsável pela criação de peças estáticas, animações simples, edições de vídeo e landing pages básicas. Atua sob supervisão técnica, garantindo qualidade e alinhamento aos briefings.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Criar peças estáticas, animações simples e edições de vídeo.
  • Desenvolver LPs simples, aplicando fundamentos de design para garantir usabilidade.
  • Utilizar IA para otimizar as entregas, explorando variações criativas.
  • Adaptar criativos para diferentes plataformas de mídia paga (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
  • Produzir animações simples e edições de vídeo de alta qualidade.
  • Contribuir para a otimização de criativos com base em dados de performance.

Requisitos:

  • Já ter atuado com ferramentas de design como Photoshop, Illustrator e CapCut.
  • Conhecimento básico em IA aplicada ao design para otimização de processos.
  • Noções de UX/UI e design de performance.
  • Conhecimento básico em After Effects para criação de animações simples.
  • Capacidade de trabalhar sob prazos e em um ambiente colaborativo.
