Job Description
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business objectives, scope, and success criteria for the IAM migration.
- Analyze existing IAM configurations, policies, and data structures in AWS.
- Document current-state and future-state IAM architectures, including user roles, permissions, and authentication flows.
- Identify data dependencies, transformation requirements, and potential risks during migration.
- Work with engineering and security teams to ensure IAM policies align with compliance and governance standards in the private cloud.
- Develop and maintain detailed migration plans, process flows, and requirement specifications.
- Facilitate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate IAM functionality post-migration.
- Provide regular updates to leadership and ensure alignment across business and technical teams.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in cloud migration or IAM-related projects.
- Strong understanding of AWS IAM services and private cloud security frameworks.
- Familiarity with identity federation, SSO, RBAC/ABAC models, and directory services (e.g., LDAP, Active Directory).
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business requirements.
