Our clients include service businesses, manufacturing companies, real estate companies, private equity firms, tech companies, e-commerce companies and more
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability.
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs.
- Data entry in various platforms.
- Administrative tasks.
- Work United States business hours.
Qualifications
- Great English.
- Sales experience and comfort.
- Typing at least 50 words per minute.
- 1-5 years of customer service experience.
- Knowledge of Google Workspace and various customer relationship management softwares.
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
- A second monitor and fast computer.
- A quite remote-work environment.
We have a VERY strong demand among our clients for customer service representatives.
This is a contract position paid 2x a month. The client desires a long term relationship and there is upward mobility.
