As principais responsabilidades desse profissional serão:
- Liderar a estratégia e governança tributária da América Latina (Brasil, Chile, Argentina, Uruguai e Colômbia), garantindo conformidade com a legislação local e políticas globais do Grupo;
- Coordenar o contencioso tributário regional, atuando junto a escritórios externos e definindo estratégias de defesa em processos administrativos e judiciais;
- Identificar, avaliar e mitigar riscos fiscais, assegurando correto reporte e documentação das contingências;
- Analisar legislações e incentivos fiscais complexos, propondo estratégias de otimização e recuperação de créditos tributários;
- Fornecer consultoria fiscal estratégica para projetos de M&A, reorganizações societárias e reestruturações operacionais;
- Atuar em parceria com áreas de negócio e finanças para garantir alinhamento entre as estratégias fiscais e os objetivos corporativos;
- Liderar análises de impacto e oportunidades relacionadas à Reforma Tributária, promovendo adequações e otimizações;
- Apoiar o Head de Transfer Pricing na avaliação e mitigação de riscos ligados às regras de preços de transferência;
- Acompanhar auditorias e fiscalizações, assegurando integridade e conformidade na documentação fiscal;
- Atuar em conjunto com o time de R&I na gestão de incentivos fiscais de P&D
- Colaborar com o time de TI na implementação do SAP HANA, garantindo aderência fiscal e compliance em processos automatizados;
- Identificar e implementar oportunidades de melhoria nos processos tributários regionais, com foco em eficiência e controle;
- Manter-se atualizado sobre mudanças legislativas e tendências fiscais com impacto nos países da região.
Requisitos e qualificações:
- Formação superior completa em Direito, preferencialmente com Especialização em Direito Tributário;
- Mínimo de 8 a 10 anos de experiência na área tributária, com atuação em cargos de liderança e escopo regional (América Latina);
- Experiência sólida em tributação direta e indireta, planejamento tributário, contencioso fiscal e gestão de riscos;
- Participação comprovada em projetos de M&A, reorganizações societárias e otimização fiscal;
- Vivência em empresas multinacionais ou de grande porte, preferencialmente com operações na América Latina;
- Experiência com sistemas ERP (SAP – módulo fiscal) e boas práticas de compliance tributário;
- Perfil estratégico, analítico, colaborativo e orientado a resultados;
- Excelente comunicação interpessoal e habilidade de influência em múltiplos níveis hierárquicos;
- Inglês avançado ou fluente (obrigatório).
Será considerado um diferencial:
- Espanhol intermediário ou avançado;
- Pós-graduação ou MBA em áreas tributárias, financeiras ou de negócios;
- Experiência prévia em Big4 ou consultorias tributárias internacionais;
- Participação em projetos de implementação SAP HANA ou iniciativas de transformação fiscal.
