, an independent B2B digital marketing agency serving leading technology companies around the globe, is seeking a highly organized, passionate, talented, and detail-oriented
B2B Marketing Campaign & Project Manager
to join our dynamic LATAM team. The primary responsibility for this role is to
execute and oversee B2B marketing programs
. This role requires a strategic mindset,
strong project management skills
, and the ability to
work cross-functionally
to ensure seamless campaign execution and team project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Integrated Marketing Campaign Execution (Digital & Events)

  • Execute and coordinate integrated B2B marketing programs
    from end-to-end.
  • Integrate programs into in-person, hybrid, and virtual events
    , coordinating event agendas, managing content, and ensuring seamless execution in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
  • Leverage expertise with
    ABM tactics
    as well as
    email, direct mail, search, display, and social marketing
    techniques for campaign execution.
  • Understand the
    customer lifecycle
    (from lead to MQLs) and contribute to the implementation and iteration of plans to drive results.

Team Project Management & Follow-up

  • Manage the follow-up of all projects for the team
    , ensuring high-quality service delivery and that the agency meets the client's needs and expectations.
  • Maintain project visibility
    using internal tools,
    track status, deliverables, and budget
    .
  • Proactively identify and
    mitigate potential risks or issues
    impacting project timelines or budget.
  • Participate in regular internal and client meetings to
    streamline workflow
    .
  • Monitor, build reports, and analyze the performance
    of marketing campaigns, providing
    data-driven insights
    and proposing strategic adjustments to maximize ROI.

Stakeholder Communication & Management

  • Manage communication with internal and external stakeholders
    , including clients and other agencies, providing regular updates on planned activities, progress, and results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships
    , acting as the primary point of contact and understanding the client's business goals and marketing objectives.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in B2B marketing
    , preferably with previous experience in tech companies, specifically
    developer programs
    or related technical fields.
  • Agency experience is a must
    .
  • Strong and proven
    program management skills
    and experience, including coordinating agencies and engaging with a highly matrixed, cross-functional, global organization.
  • Proven experience working with
    events
    (agenda management, content, and coordination).
  • Ability to
    analyze marketing data and metrics
    and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proactivity, adaptability, and flexibility.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with
    digital marketing tools
    (CRM, Google Suite).

Location and Language Requirements

  • Based in São Paulo, Brazil

  • Excellent English (Mandatory)
    .
  • Native Portuguese with Spanish skills or native Spanish with Portuguese skills.
