We invite an Intermediate Software Engineer ) to join our team and help build and enhance a web application in its key pre-release stage. You'll work on backend and frontend systems, create new features and endpoints, support integrations, and prepare the product for its first production release. You'll collaborate with other developers and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software for a leading U.S. payment processing provider serving over 275,000 businesses.

Is that you?

  • 2+ years of commercial software development experience
  • Strong proficiency in .NET/C#
  • Hands-on frontend experience (alternatively, )
  • Experience with Entity Framework, SQL, PostgreSQL
  • Knowledge of parallel programming concepts
  • Experience creating and working with APIs/backend integrations
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability and willingness to learn and quickly switch to new technologies
  • Experience with version control systems (Git)
  • Upper-Intermediate English level

Desirable:

  • Experience with MuleSoft or willingness to learn
  • Java knowledge or experience
  • Familiarity with unit testing (NUnit, xUnit)
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker), and microservices

Key responsibilities and your contribution

In this role, you'll contribute to backend and frontend development, support integrations, and help get the product ready for production.

  • Develop, enhance, and optimize backend functionality (.NET/C#) and frontend components , Angular, or )
  • Create new endpoints, improve workflows, and support integrations
  • Write and maintain unit tests to ensure software quality
  • Identify and resolve technical issues to ensure product stability and performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain technical documentation to support development
  • Participate in daily standups and sprint planning
  • Learn and adapt to new technologies, including MuleSoft
