O Product Owner trabalhará com equipes de ágeis para evolução da maturidade de produto e maximização da entrega de valor em ambiente Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). Duties and Responsibilities:Garantir a elaboração, refinamento e priorização continua o Backlog da equipe ágil de acordo com DoR estabelecido;Entender, contribuir e influenciar os aspectos de negócios que compõem o Backlog do produto;Interagir com Product Manager, Business Owners, SMEs e outros Product Owners para elaboração de Features e User Stories;Colaborar na elaboração das Features e elaborar User Stories incluindo critérios de aceitação e rastreabilidade de requisitos;Analisar Features e User Stories com Product Manager e outras partes interessadas para garantir que atendam às necessidades do cliente;Participar continuamente das rotinas e cerimônias do time ágil; facilitar as discussões, fornecer esclarecimento, refinar user stories e critérios de aceitação, validar e aceitar entregas de produto;Contribuir para atividades de design de soluções e decisões de produto;Compreender os requisitos de segurança e compliance; estabelecer integração perfeita com as equipes de segurança cibernética e conformidade;Utilizar ferramentas para planejar e rastrear User Stories, critérios de aceitação e rastreabilidade de requisitos de produto;Fornecer status sobre o progresso dos objetivos de negócios sob responsabilidade da equipe ágil;Liderar esforços para identificação e resolução definitiva de problemas de produção;Participar de cerimônias de Sincronizações do Agile Release Train (PO Synch);Organizar e facilitar Sprint DEMO's para os demais integrantes do Agile Release Train;Minimum Qualifications/Experience:Experiência comprovada como Product Owner (conhecimento será testado);Experiência em ambiente regido pelas cerimônias do Scrum e SAFe;Vivência de TI em projetos de desenvolvimento de soluções complexas e de alta disponibilidade;Experiência com diferentes modelos, métricas e cerimônias no nível de equipe ágil. Minimum Education:Bachelor's DegreeRequired Certifications:Possuir certificação CSPO ou PSPOPossuir certificação SAFe (plus)Other:English
