Job Description

  • Assegurar a elaboração precisa e pontual das demonstrações financeiras mensais, trimestrais e anuais, conforme normas locais (SUSEP), incluindo demonstrações auditadas e relatórios exigidos pelos órgãos reguladores.
  • Realizar análises críticas e relevantes dos resultados, comunicando variações significativas e recomendações estratégicas à alta gestão.
  • Garantir o cumprimento das normas contábeis, leis fiscais e exigências regulatórias, incluindo reservas técnicas, solvência, SCR e obrigações atuariais.
  • Conduzir auditorias externas e assegurar a conclusão dos processos dentro dos prazos estabelecidos.
  • Apoiar na definição, implementação e manutenção de políticas, controles internos e procedimentos financeiros corporativos.
  • Identificar oportunidades de melhoria contínua nos processos financeiros e contábeis, visando eficiência e acuracidade.
  • Atuar em parceria com as áreas de Tesouraria, Fiscal, Jurídico e Operações, contribuindo para o crescimento sustentável do negócio e a eficiência operacional.
  • Garantir a correta elaboração e envio dos relatórios FIP e SRO, em conformidade com os requisitos da SUSEP.

The Successful Applicant
Hard Skill

  • Graduação: completa
  • Inglês: avançado
  • Sólida experiência em contabilidade e finanças em corretoras, seguradoras ou resseguradoras, com domínio das normas SUSEP.
  • Conhecimento avançado em reportes regulatórios (FIP, SRO) e em normas contábeis aplicáveis ao setor (CPC/IFRS).

  • Capacidade analítica
  • Senso de urgência
  • Habilidade para atuar de forma independente.
