Missão Do Cargo
Executar a criação, otimização e análise de campanhas de mídia paga, maximizando o desempenho e retorno sobre investimento (ROI) das ações digitais, com base em dados e melhores práticas do mercado.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

  • Construir, analisar e otimizar campanhas de mídias pagas com objetivos de aquisição, retenção e expansão de clientes e receita;
  • Atuar em conjunto com time de CRM na construção de campanhas de retargeting como canal de retenção;
  • Conduzir análises de desempenho a partir de indicadores em ferramentas Web Analytics;
  • Analisar KPIs de marketing e vendas na ferramenta CRM (MQL, SQL, wins);
  • Configurar eventos web para viabilizar mensuração de resultados e KPIS;
  • Desenvolver e apresentar relatórios de desempenho em mídias pagas para clientes atendidos;
  • Construir estratégia de criativos de anúncios, com briefing e indicações claras para o desenvolvimento pelos profissionais de conteúdo e design;
  • Atuar em cima de todo o funil, desde awareness, educação, seleção e retenção;
  • Executar rotinas de testes A/B (públicos, criativos, CTAs, páginas), analisando os resultados e tomando decisões com base em dados para otimizar as campanhas;
  • Propor e testar novos canais de aquisição para diversificar as fontes de tráfego e melhorar os resultados das campanhas, sempre que identificadas novas oportunidades;

Requisitos e qualificações

  • 4+ anos de experiência atuando na área;
  • Graduação em Marketing, Publicidade, Comunicação ou áreas correlatas;
  • Atuação com Google Ads, Meta Ads e outras ferramentas de Mídias Pagas;
  • Experiência atuando na condução do projeto frente a frente com o cliente (reuniões, acompanhamento assíncrono, etc);
  • Experiência com ferramentas Web Analytics, DMPs e automatização de relatórios (GA4, Looker, PostHog);
  • Atuação com configuração de eventos Web (Google Tag Manager e outras);
  • Perfil Data-Driven;
  • Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe, colaborando com diferentes áreas;
